salam ujung minggu 2 all of u...
xde le cite lain..asyik2 kek..ape nak buat dah itu je minatnye...
kek ni namanya 'festival cake'..bukan teman yg buat..kakak i yg buat..i makan jer..
this recipe is highly recomended..esp to choc lovers..
resepi ni dari buku 'Season Cake' by Daniel Choong..kalo tgk resepinya memang panjang berjela..
but it is really berbaloi..i tell u

Festival chocolate cake (sori..too lazy to translate..)

(A) for making cake
2 1/2 egg whites
28 gm icing sugar
60 gm butter
40 gm margerin
124 gm sugar
3 egg yolks
128 gm evaporated milk
36 gm fresh cream (unwhipped)
105 gm low protein flour (sifted)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder (sifted)
1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate(sifted)
21 gm cocoa powder(sifted)
93 gm sponge mix

(B) for making chocolate (buat separuh dah cukup)
495 gm fresh cream (unwhipped)
9gm butter
1/2 teaspoon nescafe
10 gm milo
450gm chocholate (chopped)

(A) method for making cake

1. Beat egg whites and icing sugar at high speed until fluffy.
2. Beat butter,margarine and sugar by using 'K' beater at medium speed till creamy then add in egg yolk little by lttle.
3. Turn to low speed and add in item (1) and mix for 10 second. Then add in milk and fresh cream and let it blendf or 10 seconds.
4. Finally..add in low protein flour, baking powder,soda bicarbonate and sponge mix. (all mix in little by little)
5. Beat for 5 seconds at medium speed and beat for 1 minute.
6. Pour mixture into a mould and bake at 170 degree celcius for 20-25 minutes.

(B) Chocolate mixture making.
Buat cam ganache biase.
