Salam...
sejak dah stat keje balik ni..mmg x lekat kt rmh..
fes day skolah dah kena jd Pengurus(yg x kurus-kurus ) team silat sekolah..outstation 2 hr..

hr ni br pegi-balik skolah cam biasa..dpt le puasa berdua ngan asben..sorang2 x best..
sementara tggu buka puasa ni..dpt le apdet sikit gambo2 last week..
Masak kurma ayam ni makan ngan nasi beriani guna rempah instant brand ADAMI..not bad le rasanya..
nak resepi ke?rasanya x yah le ye..tukang masak amatur je...
Masak mee sup ni sehari lepas masak nasi beriani tu..sbb rasa nak kurangkan mkn nasi plak..
masak sup sempoi2 je..tp rajin skit buat 'meatball' ..teman cuma guna daging kisar ramlee, gaul ngan sebuk lada hitam,garam dan kiub ayam..buat bebola..dan kukus...


last 2 days sempat buat kek ni bila tgk stok oren bertimbun dlm peti ais...dah lama dah asben sebut2 nak mkn kek oren..teman buat dono je ...bila time rajin ni br le teman buat ...he..he.....
Resepi ni produce butter kek yg perfect..cuma asben kata rasa dia extra manis..kalo rasa x suka manis bule le reduce gula tu yea... timer kasih banyak2 pd sis Rosya
psst..teman pon dah berjangkit ngan Cik Mat Gebu yg tgh sakan collect pinggan antik...

BUTTERY ORANGE CAKE ~by sis rossya

250g butter, softened (i used marjerin)
2 tablespoons finely grated orange rind
330g caster sugar
4 eggs
225g self-raising flour
75g plain flour
180ml orange juice

Preheat oven to moderately slow. Grease deep 22cm round cake pan. Line base and side with baking paper extending paper 5cm above edge of pan.

Beat butter, orange rind and sugar in a medium bowl with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating until just combined between additions, fold in flours and juice in two batches. Pour mixture into prepared pan, bake in moderated slow around 150-160C for about 1hr 10mins. Stand in pan 10minutes, turn into wire rack to cool.
