Well.. life goes on..tetap gak kena g keje..walaupon kt sekolah.ramai warganya yg x sihat..kiter yg sihat ni..Syukur alhamdulillah..
Tadi baru buat choc moist cake ni..utk regular customer..utk besday laling dia..ahaks..


Ni plak buat kek coklat sempena melayan tekak berposer..buat resepi kak LemonGrass yg duduk nun jauh kt australia...tengkiu kak LG..dah lama tau teman cari resepi kek coklat camni..aceli dia x le mcm kek sbb padat sgt...tp teman sukeeeee

Budak2 tu tanya nak buat kek saper..teman ckp utk kakak nisa..sbb besday dia 28 Ogos ni..umi buat siap2..takut tak sempat..tu yang beria tiup lilin

Kek coklat

•1/2 cawan gula perang (brown sugar)
•1/2cawan susu pekat
•1 cawan tepung gandum
•1/2 cawan sebuk koko
•1/2 cawan minyak masak/ minyak jagung
•1/2 cawan fresh milk
•1 biji telur (59g/gred A)
•1/2 sudu teh baking powder
•1/2 sudu teh esen vanila
•1/2 cawan air panas (I used boiling water)
-Mix everything together (except air panas) in a big bowl using hand mixer for about 2-3 minutes until all bercampur sebati. Then add the boiling water and beat it again until just combined.

-The mixture will be very runny but don't worry .

- I used a round 6 inchesx 3 inches baking tin. Sebab recipe ni cuma guna sikit aje baking powder and guna plain flour, kek ni tak naik sangat, tu yang nampak padat sgt2. For those yang tak suka kek padat, kena lah tambah baking powder lagi ye.

-Bake it at 160C for about 50 minutes. I tak tengok sangat the time it took to complete the baking process sebab I just cucuk dgn skewer, bila nampak kek tu masih cling to the skewer a bit, I matikan oven. I tak nak ter over cook, takut kering sangat pulaknya.

-Then bila dah sejuk, hiaskan lah dengan choc ganache . And masukkan dalam fridge for a few hours before serving to make it denser.
